Then now is your chance. After popular demand we are delighted to be launching four specific speciality cooking courses at Le Moulin in 2025. Your six-night holiday will be packed with activity and you will leave with copies of all the recipes of the dishes you cook to thrill your family and friends back home

You’ll have the chance to visit a top French market with a French speaker…

…, select the meat or fish you will cook later and then eat, and learn about which cuts of meat are best for which dish. You’ll also sample local cheeses and visit a local farm where goats cheese is made

Visit a local wine estate

learn about how quality wines are produced, and which wine to serve with different courses for your friends back home.

Learn how to make a genuine cassoulet, …

… steeped in French history, from a French chef, and visit a speciality cafe in the medieval town of Vouvant to see how buckwheat galettes are made – then enjoy one for your lunch
